What we believe
M-Lau Living is based in Odense and provides furnished housing for companies and their employees across Denmark — from two fitters for a short period to 80 employees on a major construction project. Our solutions are developed in collaboration with unions and authorities, so both company and employees are on safe ground.

In concrete terms this means: if we cannot solve an assignment best ourselves, we say so — and point to someone who can. That is how we have built long-standing partnerships with both Danish and international companies.

Four ways to work together
Housing
Furnished housing for 2–80 employees with flexible agreements that follow the length of the project. Demand for flexible solutions is high — we make sure quality and conditions are in order, and that everything is cleared with unions and authorities.
Consulting
Have you already entered into an agreement with a third party? We review leases and agreements and check that everything complies with Danish law — before it becomes a problem.
Made in Denmark
Turn-key solutions for foreign companies carrying out projects in Denmark: housing, registrations and practicalities — so you can concentrate on the assignment itself.
Total solution
Prefer not to establish a Danish division, but simply want one Danish partner? We combine housing, transport, staffing, catering and logistics in one agreement.
